Last Monday saw a race program that focused on Sprinting.
Going forward, the format and counting event of the Open Meetings on 1st July and 5th August will be Omniums, whilst the counting race on 16th September will be a long points race, followed by the Open Meeting prize presentation (best three results to count).
With regards to regular track league meetings, the focus will be:-
- 24th June – be surprised
- 8th July – Keirins
- 15th July – Time Trials
- 22nd July – Derny racing*
- 29th July – sprinting
- 12th August – Pursuits
- 19th August – Derny racing*
- 2nd September – Keirins
- 9th September – be surprised
the meeting on 23rd September will include fun racing and the track league prize presentation.
*Derny racing will be subject to pacer availability. Please also be aware that priority will be given to regular track league riders, and there will be a gear restriction of 92.6″ (48 x 14) for riders
